When it comes to the Holiday storytelling, no one has pulled on our nostalgia and heart strings like John Lewis. As a trusted Google partner, Optimist was asked to create a meaningful conversation between the two brands for the duration of the holiday season. To be more specific, to have a meaningful conversation with Google assistant. Ensuring the assistant told a funny joke, asked and answered some trivia and even threw a little shade for guests was the goal. Guests could use the assistant to support them compete in the curling lane, room of wonders photo booth and private fortune teller cabin.
